1. About TheNobscarguy.com

TheNobscarguy.com provides automotive advisory, vehicle research and car-curating services to private individuals and businesses.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through TheNobscarguy.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented before purchase.

Required seller information and contact details will be made available before purchase as required by applicable law.

2. Services and Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.

2.1 1-on-1 Advisory — €100

Includes one online meeting of approximately one hour, covering vehicle selection, purchasing considerations and general automotive advice.

I will normally contact you by email within 24 hours to arrange the meeting. This is a target for initial contact, not a guaranteed meeting time.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where reasonably possible, subject to availability.

2.2 Car Curating — €750

This service helps identify vehicles matching your requirements, budget and intended use.

It normally includes:

• An initial consultation.

• Research into relevant vehicles and market conditions.

• A tailored report with findings and recommendations.

• A follow-up virtual meeting to discuss the results.

The report generally takes approximately 1–4 weeks, depending on search complexity, market conditions and vehicle availability. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.

The service does not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be found or purchased.

2.3 Full Curated Experience — €1,500

This service provides more comprehensive assistance with identifying and pursuing a vehicle purchase.

It normally includes:

1. Initial contact, generally within 24 hours of purchase.

2. A questionnaire and consultation to establish your requirements and budget.

3. Market research and a tailored report, generally within approximately 1–4 weeks.

4. A virtual presentation of potential vehicle options.

5. Discussion of your preferred vehicle and next steps.

6. Negotiation strategy, preparation and communication support, as agreed.

7. Assistance arranging an independent pre-purchase inspection, subject to availability and your approval.

8. Assistance reviewing inspection findings.

9. Assistance reviewing the final quotation and purchase paperwork.

10. Assistance planning transport, collection and related logistics where relevant.

The exact scope depends on the vehicle, seller, country, availability and circumstances. The service covers the assistance described above, not a guaranteed purchase or unlimited work until a vehicle is acquired.

The €1,500 fee covers my service only. It excludes the vehicle price and third-party expenses such as inspections, transport, insurance, taxes, customs duties, registration, storage, travel and other charges. Additional expenses require your approval before being incurred on your behalf.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, I do not buy vehicles in my own name for you, take ownership, provide financing or act as the vehicle's seller.

3. Orders and Payment

Payment must be completed through the checkout method offered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You will receive order confirmation identifying the service, price and applicable contract information in a durable format, as required by law.

Prices may change for future purchases but will not retrospectively change the agreed price for an existing order.

Applicable taxes, VAT treatment and additional charges will be disclosed before purchase as required by law.

4. Service Delivery

Work generally begins after payment and any necessary initial communication, subject to statutory withdrawal rights and any valid request for early commencement.

Delivery times depend on the service, your requirements, the availability of information and third-party circumstances.

You must provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests and give timely approvals where needed. Delays caused by missing information, delayed decisions or third parties may affect delivery times.

I will communicate material problems or delays where reasonably practicable.

5. Automotive Advice and Vehicle Information

My services provide research, recommendations and assistance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, I am not the seller of any vehicle and do not guarantee its condition, history, authenticity, roadworthiness, value, availability or suitability.

Research may rely on seller statements, listings, databases, vehicle records, inspections and other documents. Such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or misleading.

I do not independently verify every statement or document unless that verification is expressly included in the agreed scope.

You should independently verify important details and consider appropriate vehicle-history checks, document reviews and inspections before purchasing.

6. Risk and Investment Considerations

My services are intended to help you make more informed decisions and reduce vehicle-purchasing risks. Risk cannot be completely eliminated.

I do not guarantee:

• That every defect, accident, repair or other issue will be discovered.

• A vehicle's reliability, roadworthiness or future condition.

• Future repair costs, ownership costs or resale value.

• Appreciation, investment performance, profit or protection against depreciation.

• That a suitable vehicle will be available or that a seller will negotiate.

• That a vehicle purchase will be completed.

Comments about collectability, market trends or investment potential are assessments based on available information and involve uncertainty. They are not guarantees of financial performance.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to purchase a vehicle and whether its risks are acceptable.

7. Seller Communication and Representation

Depending on the purchased service, I may communicate with sellers and assist with negotiations.

I will not make a binding offer, purchase a vehicle, enter into a contract, authorize payment or otherwise commit you without your specific authorization.

You remain responsible for approving the vehicle, agreeing to the purchase terms and entering into the vehicle purchase contract unless a separate written agreement lawfully establishes another arrangement.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate requirements, budget information and contact details.

• Respond reasonably to requests needed to deliver the service.

• Review reports, recommendations, inspection findings and purchase documents carefully.

• Make your own final vehicle-purchasing decisions.

• Obtain permission before sharing confidential or third-party information.

• Approve additional expenses before they are incurred on your behalf.

9. Independent Inspections and Third Parties

Independent inspections are performed by third-party providers unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

An inspection is limited by its agreed scope, the access and information available, and the conditions at the time. It cannot guarantee that every defect or future problem will be discovered.

Third-party providers may have their own contracts and terms. I am not responsible for their independent acts or omissions except to the extent that applicable law makes me responsible for my own conduct or contractual obligations.

Nothing in this section excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

10. Service Completion and Changes

Car Curating will generally be completed when the agreed research, report and presentation have been provided.

The Full Curated Experience will generally be completed when the agreed research, presentation and included assistance have been provided or the agreed scope has otherwise been fulfilled. A vehicle purchase is not guaranteed.

If you change your requirements or discontinue a project after work begins, this does not automatically entitle you to a full refund. Equally, it does not automatically mean that the entire fee has been earned. Refunds and any amount payable will be assessed under the contract, the work performed and applicable law.

Any substantial change to the agreed scope may require a separate written agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

Reports, recommendations and other materials prepared for you are for your personal or internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell, republish or commercially distribute these materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Cancellations and Withdrawal Rights

Consumers purchasing eligible services online generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Where required, a separate express request and acknowledgement must be obtained before work begins during the withdrawal period.

The website's withdrawal function and the Cancellation & Refund Policy explain how to exercise withdrawal rights. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

13. Liability

I will provide services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses resulting from vehicle defects or inaccurate third-party information that I was not contractually required to verify, or for independent acts or omissions of third parties for which I am not legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for my own breach of contract, negligence or other conduct where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on TheNobscarguy.com and applicable data-protection law.

15. Complaints and Contact

This process does not restrict any statutory complaint or dispute-resolution rights.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the customer's country of residence.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of protections that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to These Terms

Updated terms may apply to future purchases. The terms incorporated into an existing order will apply to that order, subject to mandatory law and any subsequent lawful agreement.
